A cleaning sometimes turns up a crushed hood, a failed damper, or foil duct that should not be there. These are quoted before we touch anything, and declining costs you nothing.

Why cleaning matters
Lint accumulates gradually, so nothing feels wrong until the machine is doing the work of three cycles to finish one. By that point the vent has been restricted for a year or more and the dryer has been absorbing the strain the whole time. Once a year keeps it from ever getting there, which is the entire argument for doing this on a schedule rather than after something goes wrong.
Lint is the fuel and a restricted vent is where it collects. Clearing the full line removes what is in there today, which is the part you can actually control. We also check the termination and the transition duct, because foil and vinyl duct is a fire risk of its own and it is easy to miss.
Heat that cannot escape stays in the appliance, and that is what kills a dryer years before it should. A vent cleared once a year lets the machine run the cycle it was designed for, which is the difference between a dryer that lasts and one that does not.
Photographs of what came out and a written record of anything we found, including anything we recommended that you chose not to do. If the job turns out to need the advanced service, you hear that before we start and you can decline at no charge.

The visit

Pick a two-hour arrival window online or by phone. You get a text when the van is 30 minutes out.
We find the exterior hood, check the transition hose, and photograph the duct interior before anything is touched.
A rotary brush runs the full duct while a HEPA vacuum captures everything at the source. No lint in your laundry room.
We photograph the cleaned line at the same points as the before shots, then text you the pair before we leave your street.
How our pricing works
Our rate and the plan member rate are both on this page. Beyond those, there are two ways to pay less without joining anything.
Serviced by us in the last 24 months? You take 5% off your next job. We apply it when you book. You do not have to remember to ask.
Send us someone who books and completes a job and you take 10% off your next one. Plan members get $25 off their renewal instead.
The lowest rate we offer, plus 15% off service work, priority scheduling, and reduced after-hours rates.
One discount per visit. Discounts do not combine. If more than one applies, we use whichever saves you the most. Plan members already receive the lowest rate we offer, so member pricing replaces the other discounts rather than stacking with them.
Questions
Three, and none of them require haggling. If we have serviced you in the last 24 months you take 5% off. If you send us someone who books and completes a job, you take 10% off your next one.
The largest is the maintenance plan, which carries member rates on every service plus 15% off repair work. Those rates are published on this page so you can compare them yourself.

Once a year for a typical household. Move to every six months if you run more than five loads a week, if your duct is longer than 25 feet, or if anyone in the house has long hair or you wash a lot of pet bedding.
The honest signal is time, not the calendar: when a normal load stops drying in one cycle, the vent is telling you it is restricted.
Most jobs run 40 to 60 minutes from knock to final photo. Long duct runs, second-floor laundry rooms, and roof terminations can push it to about 90 minutes. We will tell you which one you have when we look at the exterior hood.

Yes, on single-story and standard two-story homes with safe roof access. A roof termination is a $399 job rather than the standard $199, because it needs a second set of hands and fall protection. That is on the pricing table, and we confirm it on the phone before anyone drives out.
If conditions on the day make the roof unsafe to work, we say so and there is no charge for the visit.
